Over the past five decades, VES has grown into a trusted educational movement, managing 25 schools across Tamil Nadu—primarily in suburban Chennai and other districts. More than 1500 committed teachers, continuously trained to upgrade their skills, serve over 40,000 students from middle and lower-middle-income families.

Mentored by Vidya Bharati, the largest voluntary educational NGO in India, VES adopts innovative methodologies like Sishuvatika (play-way method) at the pre-primary level. The Society places strong emphasis on extracurricular and spiritual development, organizing inter-school sports, yoga competitions, cultural festivals, and national-level events.

VES is also inclusive, with trained special educators supporting children with learning difficulties. The schools regularly achieve recognition in national-level competitions such as SGFI and Vidya Bharati events.

True to its mission of “Enhancing Communities through Service and Education,” VES runs Samskar Kendras offering free tuition, supports orphanages, and conducts health camps, blood/eye donation drives, and temple-based cultural outreach.

Celebrating 50 years of impact, VES continues to modernize with smart classrooms, advanced labs, and digital teaching tools like Interactive Flat Panels—staying rooted in tradition while embracing the future of learning.
